Grand Kamelia Akt 16
We would like to inform our clients, who have bought apartments in complex Grand Kamelia- section 1, that the complex has received Permission for exploitation (Act 16). Please consider the present letter as notification for signing the Title deed of ownership of the apartments you are purchasing until 15.03.2010.

Dear clients and partners,
With this letter we would like to inform you that:
Complex Grand Kamelia
1. on 15.04.2009 received Act 15. Copy of the document that confirms the stage of completeness can be found in our web-site www.melainvest.com
2. on 01.08.2009, after a break for a few months, we restored the construction of Grand Kamelia.
3. the reasons for the unplanned break in the process of building are:
• Prohibition for building for the summer season of 2008 and 2009
• The World crisis which affected many of our clients and they failed to pay their instalments - due to this our company didn’t receive the expected financial incomes. Despite that the team of Melainvest and Partners are doing their best to finish the complex although with a small delay. We ask all our clients for understanding and we thank you in advance for your trust.
4. The estimated completion date for Section 1 of the complex is 15.12.2009.
5. We politely ask all our clients, who have bought apartments in Grand Kamelia, to be aware that up to today (01.08.2009) Section 1 of Grand Kamelia is completed, but there are no conditions for accommodation in the apartments, as there are finishing works running in the swimming pool, the restaurant and the vertical planning of the complex. Accommodation in the apartments in Section 1 in Kamelia Garden will be possible after 15.12.2009.
We kindly ask all our clients, owners in Grand Kamellia, to plan the use of their apartments after that date.
6. For the preparation and signing of the official document, called Notary deed, we expect you to inform us about a suitable for you time (month and date) at least 2 weeks beforе your arrival. We need this time in order to prepare the necessary documents-a tax estimation and a draft.
7. Please don’t forget to send us a copy of the passport of the person on whom the property is going to be transferred.
