MelaInvest and Partners Ltd is a construction company seated in the seaport town of Burgas on the Black Sea coast. Our young and dynamic company is specialised in the building of recreational villages and business buildings, reconstruction, repair and finishing works.
To-date we have completed construction and mounting works at an area of 600,000 m2 plus, including internal walls, ceilings, dry flooring, water supply and sewerage, electrical fittings, etc. We have constructed and have under construction sites with a built-up area of over 51,000 m2 in one of the most attractive sea resorts Sunny Beach, Vlas, and Elenite.
We are an established leader in the field of dry construction works and insulations. We offer quality suspended ceilings, internal walls, pre-wall coatings, a variety of interior, exterior and technical solutions subjected to the fantasy and desires of our most exacting customers. We have our own warehouses throughout the country, state-of-the-art equipment, machines, and vehicles.
